Identify the property to be inspected. Then, select the desired inspection services and the preferred appointment through the Done Right scheduler.
You'll receive confirmation of your appointment and the information you need before inspection day. That includes the full inspection agreement and associated terms and conditions.
Done Right performs a visual evaluation of the property's major structure, mechanical and electrical systems. We identify any deficiencies found and provide a clear, unbiased snapshot of the property's condition for buyers and sellers.
You will receive a comprehensive, digital report documenting the findings of the inspection, including photographs and our observations and recommendations as appropriate.
Walk it with us.
We encourage every homebuyer to walk through the inspection alongside Lynne, in person. A report tells you what was found.
