Any inspection performed by Done Right Real Estate Inspections, LLC is governed by a separate written Inspection Agreement (IA) that must be signed by the Done Right inspector and the contracting party prior to the performance of the inspection. The contracting party is in most cases the prospective home buyer, but may also be the property owner, a realtor, an investor, or another authorized party. The IA, where applicable, incorporates the standards of practice adopted by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). The IA also incorporates the associated terms and conditions, legalities, and limitations of liability.
Requesting an appointment through this site does not constitute an inspection agreement as discussed above. Scheduling is handled through Spectora, a third-party scheduling provider, subject to Spectora’s own terms.
The text, images, graphics and design of this site are owned by Done Right Real Estate Inspections, LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
The issue of warranties related to the inspection itself is directly addressed in the IA. This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability relative to the inspection itself is directly addressed in the IA. Relative to this website and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Done Right Real Estate Inspections, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law or under a separate written inspection agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
